Bought as a gift and received a damaged product, which happens, but received no support on replacing or returning.

Even though the hands on watch were not working correctly I emailed support and they sent a replacement out prior to me knowing and a response saying a new one is on its way I didn't have to send back other first or ask for anything but what's the process on getting a watch exchanged... SOOOO 5 �����... Other that the lighter worked great I wore wonderful without over powering my small arm/wrist .... Excited for the new one to arrive am still telling friends ... Thanks for wonderful customer service and company integrity as well ..

Product works PERFECTLY. But with the precise mechanics and safety features, it was heavier then anticipated. Not a bad thing for a 6 foot tall male, but should be noted.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend since he loved the hex ring I got him for his birthday back in May, and I opened it to ensure it works properly and its perfect, works great, looks gorgeous and I am so excited to see his face Christmas morning when he opens it! (If I can wait that long lol) 5 out of 5 stars for sure! Lit ring, keep up the awesome work we will continue buying your products!
